Yoga is often seen as this uber-elite put-your-leg-behind-your-head-and-sing practice, which does not sound all that appealing or useful.
But the truth is Yoga is an ancient technology for living well, no matter what!
Yoga actually means “union”.
It is a Sanskrit word that invites us to CONNECT or UNITE with our wisdom, potential and happiness.

Yoga was meant to help you unite with the greatest parts of yourself and then bring those parts to your day-to-day life – work, family, traffic, even times of change and uncertainty. That’s true UNION!
You bring you, version 2.0, to life and thus live happier.
Now that is the perfect reason to practice Yoga.
