All Day Strong – Flow & Focus with Kristy

Fridays at 6:15-7:15 am starting Sept 6!

Begin your morning empowered, balanced and ready to own the day!

All Day Strong, Focus & Flow, is a rejuvenating class that will connect you to the fire within.

In this Vinyasa Flow style class, you greet the day with Sun Salutations and strengthen and stretch the body where it's needed the most.
This moving meditation will not only wake up the mind and body, and but create focus and calm as you connect to your breath and inner self.

The class will include a focus on gentle twists to promote digestion and detoxification and close with a few extra breaths in a restorative pose to give you a sense of complete centredness and clarity before you start your day.

Show up as your best self thanks to this early morning practice.

Move & Meditate with Rachael

Thursdays at 6:30-7:30 pm starting Sept 5!

Unwind you day with this unique class that combines a flowing yoga practice with guided meditation. 
Specifically designed to leave your mind and body feeling refreshed and at ease after a busy day.
Each week, we will explore powerful tools to de-cluttter thoughtsrelease tension, and build strength.

Balance Flow (Vinyasa + Yin) with Angela

Thursdays at 9:30-10:30 am 

This moderate class combines the warming movement of vinyasa with the deep-reaching stillness of yin poses to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed for the entire day.
All levels.
