If you have felt unmotivated, confused or out of place at the gym, or are ready to make a weekly workout part of your self-care routine, Balanced Life Yoga has created a fun and inclusive class for you.

Join Kristy, for this unique full body training program that is designed to help you build physical and mental strength. 

The specialized combination of upbeat music, bodyweight strength training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and yoga poses that focus on mobility/flexibility will leave you feeling powerful in yourself instantly.

This program is for people who have:

  • Practiced Yoga or do another activity and want the perfect complement to build more muscle tone.
  • Put themselves on the back-burner for far too long.
  • Tried to invest energy and time into working out, with little or no results.
  • Put off working out because they don’t feel comfortable or ready with where they are at in their body.

If you can commit to doing something for yourself, mentally and physically, want to have fun getting your sweat on, while being supported by a group of like-minded friends and coach, this is the program for you!

It is time to feel better about yourself inside and out, begin to move with confidence on and off your mat and push yourself to own all that you are capable of.

All bodies and abilities welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water.

  • Tuesdays with Kristy from 8:00 pm-9:00 pm. December 3 -December 17. $49 (3 week session)                                                              

 

  • Thursdays with Kristy from 6:45 pm-7:45 pm. January 2 – Trial Class . $10                             * New students to Mind Body Strong Only.

 

  • Thursdays with Kristy from 6:45 pm-7:45 pm. January 9-February 19. $99

 

  • Thursdays with Kristy from 6:45 pm-7:45 pm. February 20*-March 26. $99
