Livestream – Cultivate Confidence On & Off Your Mat – Intro to Flow with Cindy
Whether you are brand new to Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this 4-week virtual livestream program will teach you how to match your breath with the movement, so you will learn to flow between postures with confidence and ease.
Your whole practice will be enriched and brought to a new level.
Learning the foundations of optimal alignment, correct breath work and poses from the ground up, you will gain the understanding of this potent practice to feel empowered to enter into any yoga class you wish to attend.
This is the perfect program for long-term students looking to learn new skills and refresh their practice AND for newbies who want to feel completely confident in themselves and their practice.
Wednesdays with Cindy from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm.
4 classes for only $50 or $15 per class.
