Through meditation, let us show you how uplift your thoughts and master the mind.

Meditation is available to everyone and is a powerful technique to take charge of your thoughts and feelings. You will learn to literally create you day, set yourself up for success and feel AWAKE again in your life. This four week program explores the fundamentals and basics of meditation and is designed to empower you even in the most difficult circumstances. No matter what is happening in your life you can learn the art of “reality” creation. In this unique training you will learn how. No meditation experience required, bring your favorite meditation cushion or use our props. Comfortable clothing recommended.
