Spend an entire day dedicated to your health, happiness and wellbeing amongst the trees + nature of Heart’s Acres, the country location of Balanced Life Yoga.
The days will include:
- Gentle flowing yoga & guided breathing techniques to clear and cleanse the body so you feel light and alive.
- Guided visualization & meditation practices to clear the mind so you are attuned to calm + clarity.
- Inspired yogic philosophy to connect you to your Spirit + heart centre so you feel truly aligned to your sweet centre and true Self.
The day will also include a fully catered lunch with vegetarian or paleo options.
All levels welcome.
Please bring a Yoga mat, bolster, blanket and notebook.
About Heart’s Acres
Heart’s Acres is the manifestation of Balanced Life Yoga owner’s, Shasta Townsend + Ian Lavalley’s dream to create a healing place in nature where students and friends could come to connect with the power of the Earth, the ancient teachings of Yoga and the power of true friendship.
It is a 7 acre property of old growth forest, towering pine, song birds and soothing energy. It is located just east of Cobourg, On in the Oak Ridges Moraine.
