Join Jenn, the creator of Mind Body Strong and an exercise science specialist for an unique full body training program that is designed to help you build physical and mental strength. 
The specialized combination of upbeat music, bodyweight strength training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and mobility/flexibility exercises will leave you feeling powerful in yourself instantly.

This program is for people who have:

    • Felt confused, nervous or unmotivated at the gym
    • Practiced Yoga or do another activity and want the perfect compliment to build more muscle tone

About Jenn

 Jennifer Sisson is the creator of Mind Body Strong, certified Yoga Teacher and holds a honor degree in kinesiology and exercise science. She is dedicated to providing women with the tools to rebuild the relationship with their bodies through strength + conditioning, yoga, meditation and lifestyle tools.

Her personal mission is to help women feel more powerful in their bodies so they can feel confident and courageous in pursuit of their desires and dreams.
