A great way to bond, connect, prepare and enjoy all stages of pregnancy with your partner. You will be guided through a supportive physical partner yoga practice and learn hands on techniques that will help during pregnancy and labour.

A partner can be a loved one, friend or member of your birth support team.

Mom Mom & Baby Barre Twice a Week UPDATED Jan 7 + Baby Barre with Shawna + Camille
Mondays April 10 – May 15, 2017 from 11:30-12:30 pm

Thursdays April 13 – May 18, 2017 from 11:00-12:00 pm

Designed for post partum women, this class is inspired by a blend of ballet, yoga, strength training and pilates.

While mommy is at the barre, babies are close by nestled safely on a baby blanket and yoga mat and are periodically picked up and incorporated into the class.
