Mom & Baby Success Stories to Inspire You!
“I loved the class and feel richer for having met some great mums. I am the kind of person that needs an excuse or a reason to get out and do something good for myself so this was perfect for me.” – S.P.
“This was such a nice introduction to a Mom & Baby fitness. Balanced Life Yoga is a friendly, non-intimidating and positive environment as well, there were fun people and a great progression from one week to the next. The teachers were very motivating and positive and of course, it was fantastic for me to meet, share stories, oh yes…did I mention just simply leaving the house was a feat in and of itself?!! Looking forward to more baby/kid focused classes.”- T.M.
“The teachers Balanced Life are all amazing and their love for teaching and their students made me feel welcomed on the first day of Mom and Baby Yoga and every day after. For me, it was a great experience that helped me gain confidence again and accept myself. I am so looking forward to the next session. I love seeing all the babies grow along with the friendships I made in class. It was one of the best decisions I ever made for myself and my happiness” – Karen & baby Megan
When Can I Start Mom & Baby classes?
You can attend a Balanced Life Yoga postnatal class as soon as you and your doctor or midwife deem appropriate (usually after your six week post partum check up).
We know it can be challenging to get out the door with a little one(s).
We also know that you will leave our postnatal classes feeling revitalized and supported by our caring teachers and amazing community of other mothers.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and feel free to feed and change your baby in class.
