Mom & Baby Yoga
Experience the joy of practicing yoga with your little peanut!
Strengthen muscles that tend to get weak and stretched with pregnancy and post partum activities and bring balance to your body and mind.
New moms will feel stronger, more energetic and bond with baby in a safe and supportive environment.
Babies will also be introduced to their own yoga poses!
Newborn to pre-crawling babies please. These classes fill quickly. Register today.

Mom + Baby Barre
Designed for postpartum women, this class is inspired by a blend of ballet, yoga, strength training and Pilates.
This fun, uplifting class gets results!
While mommy is at the barre, babies are close by nestled safely on a baby blanket and yoga mat, and are periodically picked up and incorporated into the class.
Option to bring a baby carrier/wrap for moments when baby needs closer contact (movements must be modified when wearing baby). Pre-crawling babies only please.

Join us in this fitness program for moms involving stroller walking on local trails, resistance training and yoga all taught by certified Yoga Teacher and Fitness Professionals.
What you’ll need: a stroller, comfortable attire and shoes, a hat and sunblock for you and your baby, and a towel or mat for abdominal work/yoga/pilates.

When Can I Start Mom & Baby classes?
You can attend a Balanced Life Yoga postnatal class as soon as you and your doctor or midwife deem appropriate (usually after your six week post partum check up).
We know it can be challenging to get out the door with a little one(s).
We also know that you will leave our postnatal classes feeling revitalized and supported by our caring teachers and amazing community of other mothers.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and feel free to feed and change your baby in class.
