Barefoot Boot Camp
Get ready for a full body, barefoot workout that will get your heart pumping!
This class combines aerobic, anaerobic and strength training, all with the use of your body to build up heat and power, leaving you feeling strong and endorphin-filled.
This class is a perfect complement to your weekly Yoga practice, your chosen sport or fitness regime!
We finish the class off with active stretching and yoga to ensure your mind and body are centered and prepared for recovery and relaxation. Bring a yoga mat and water.
